I bought a phone from Orange and had to send it back after 3 Months due to a split in the cover. I took the phone to Vodacom/Vodafone for assessment and they could confirm that it's a factory defect. Orange arranged for my phone to be picked up by DHL and flown back to them. First I was told Samsung rejected my repair and then soon after, I was told that my phone was repaired. My phone was flown back to me WITHOUT my original screen sticker and back plastic, battery was still in the phone and there was a repair sticker on the box. My phone was NEVER repaired! They quickly arranged for my phone to be picked up by DHL again, but my phone had to spend a WEEK at the airport due to insufficient paperwork from Orange. Now my phone has been with Orange for another week. I don't get updates, I have to call the whole time after I've been promised to be emailed and I refuse to wait for something that could have been sorted out by now.a Samsung Repair centre in the UK told me that the problem can be fixed under warranty but they need to inspect it first. They also said that it could be rejected for a repair because the phone is a French device and not UK.I NEED ANSWERS FROM ORANGE ASAP!
