Poor customer service and lack of helpfulness

I bought a new contract with vodafone on othe 8/7, ive been with them for nearly 2 years with no missed payments or any problems til of late, i got a samsung s4 mini, contracted for 24 months, first week of purchase i put in my headphones to go for a run when i took the headphones out the phone still worked as if the headphones where still connected, i rang about this and was told the phone had to be sent off, luckily after a few days the phone started working as new again until 2 weeks ago, when i charged the phone at night by the time morn came the phone was no longer charged, so again i reported it and took it to newtownabbey store which the manager was helpful and replaced the battery and charger... the phone worked again like new until a few days later, i went to check the time and the screen wouldnt come on, after numerous phonecalls with customer service 191 i was advised to attend a store, i did not get much help and told to ring 191 again, the phone has now been sent off by the shop, ive been told ive to pay? 150 repair which i am not, 191 have left notes on my account which r being ignored by the shop, so where od you go from here!!!
