I have got an account which I set up after my sister died to make contact to Jamaica, USA and Canada.

This is the 2nd time I have tried to top-up by pressing *3 but each time I complete this process does not work when you call 02084356920 and press *3 a message comes up that I need to enter a destination number.

This needs to be investigated as I am unable to top-up my account. Please action.
