My rental vehicle was returned on 10th January to Terminal 5 long stay Heathrow airport as agreed.
Fuel levy & insurance excess refund of 155 pounds was due within a 10 - 14 working days providing car returned undamaged & full tank of fuel. These requirements were met.
Repeated emails, 2 on-line complaints via thier web site & 4 phone calls to customer care have illicited no response.
Now working day 45 still no response. Last phone call 8th March asked for customer care supervisor, phone went dead after supposedly being transferred..
