As of 24 october Norton Annual Renewal have taken £ 44.99 out of my account without prior notice. My reference is 296 744 8704 336. I do not wish to use your anti virus, and stoped useing it last year and since updated with a new system. I would expect a full refund soonest. I will be taking this complaint up with my bank.
