I've had the wrong sofa delivered twice unfortunately the second time I wasn't here contacted them straight away done everything I was told like end pictures etc they stopped answering my calls had to go to citizens advice and now the ombudsman as I job given plenty of chances through phone calls fb messages and what's app messages and now the console is broken under consumer rights act October I'm entitled for a refund which I have asked for but still nothing so looks like this will be a court matter please only pay with PayPal or card if using this company at least that way you have protection we done cash on delivery big regret now
