I received an sms saying I've won R1.2 million. I called to claim they asked me if I want it by cheque or bank so I said any way. They asked me to make a payment of R2850 to secure the check. I want to know why must I pay money if I won money??? Can't they deduct the amount from the prize or send the money then I pay the amount afterwards???
