CAN"T FIND PRIORITY DELIVERY ENVELOPE!

Awaiting urgent documents from the UK - collected 22/3 and delivery promised by 6pm Monday 25/3.
Currently NO ONE at Fedex in the UK and SA know where this is and still no delivery.
According to tracking details the parcel is still in the UK Fedex depot at Poyle but they cannot find it there.
Fedex you will now be held liable for replacement of ALL original documents in the envelope if this is not delivered to me - the recipient - by 9 am Wednesday 27 March.
- The replacement value of the original documents is GBP 1000-00 which will paid in CASH to me due to non delivery as per original contract terms
When calling the 24hour (?) line (0800033339) a totally unprofessional person answered who is at a childrens school party judging by the noisy background.
Fedex definitely NOT the leading courier company - change your payoff line as you have no idea of how to be professional or even the business basics of a courier company. Do you KNOW what PRIORITY IS?
