Dear sir/madam,
Fidelity Investment Trusts are the worse investment service I have ever dealt with. I have called them 3 times to requesgt a Login ID for their on line service. It has been 2 months and still no response. Each time I call they appologise and do nothing. I have even written them a letter... no response.
Terrible service and avoid Fidelity Investments if you can.
