Staff in the Falkirk shop are rude and will blatantly lie to achieve a sale. I asked the assistant, Danielle, if I would get a refund on a ring I bought if the person didn't like it. Was told yes no problem. Unfortunately when I then had to return the item the staff were rude and refused to refund my money.
