Paid them £125, not heard from them at all

I payed phone search central £125 on 30th december. 11 days ago with pay pal. they have not confirmed it. and have not replied to the e mails i sent them . i called them on 0203 318 6184. its always on answer phone. they claim to be fast service and reliable. terrible service
