Waiting 3 days for my luggage!

I Came home from Holiday on Friday the 14th Of March & My Case has been lost Ive Was told i would receive it On Friday evening & Its Monday the 17th & Ive still not received my Case This is not a very good Service *&You Travel with Ba Thinking it might be better Service than other Cheaper Company's. This i am very very Upset about & I Want something Done about it It is not Acceptable To Have to wait 3 Days for my Case they told me this morning at the Lost Luggage that it was Found & I Would have it This morning. Its now 4-15 & Still i have not received it. What are you going to do about this Problem. It is just Not good enough. Mrs Faulkner Ref File =MANBA79009& Like i said it was Friday Lunch when we Arrived Into Manchester Airport Late. Bye for now. I Want this matter seeing to as soon as you can & I Want compensation For have to wait like this for my Own Luggage. Mrs Faulkner.
