I have ordered an iPhone 4S and paid via bank transfer. After waiting for over 2 weeks for a delivery, they have written back that I will get a refund, needless to say that this hasn't happen til this day. I have all email trail and bank details of where the payment went to but I don't think this will help much as all emails now (tried today) bounced back and website is not down too.
Will report this to my bank today but I don't think there is an insurance against this, absolutely gutted.
