Hi, i tried to buy some remote controlled helicopters from Redsave and they told me that my goods would be delivered within 3 to 7 days. i waited and when nothing arrived i contacted them and they gave me a ticket code and said they would sort it out. Eventually i had had enough of waiting and asked wether i was to receive a refund or my goods and was again palmed off with excuses.
I authorised my bank to investigate and they have redeemed my money no thanks to redsave. thank god we had enough time to buy the presents elsewhere, otherwise our children would have had no xmas presents.
I hope no one else has to go through this chirade, especially as Rebecca Walker will threaten you with solicitors if you happen to complain and get upset about being Ripped off.
