My original complaint was that I'd placed my order 16 September and had received no cigars by 25 October, despite having a message to inform me that my credit card had been charged. I'd had no response to at least 6 emails requesting info. I'd used the company twice before and had great service.
Hurray! I received another email 29 October saying order sent to warehouse, followed by another on Tuesday 30 October to say it had been shipped. Huge relief!!
BUT - received Thursday 1 November, and found to contain only part of my requested goods.

So the saga continues - Will I receive my other cigars? Who knows? I'd like to think it's just a bit chaotic and not a scam, but I'll keep you posted.
