I feel very dissappointed that a company i thought was reputable would treat me this way. I ordered and receive on a one-off a few of their e-cigarrettes and accessories but they have without my permmission been sending me packets of cigarrettes that i do not need and have not ordered thereby debited my barclays bank account just because i disclosed it to them when i made the first and only request to them. The two debits of £73.98 and £53.98 were taken without my permmission. I am willing to return everything they sent to me including the very first products they sent to me as i discovered that i do not need them. I have never used any of them and i will never use them. Please return my money and stop sending these things to me. I will take this up with my lawyer and my bank if you do not return my money please. This is awefull and criminal to say the least.
