Ordered a slate sign about 12/12. Website promised a preview at which time I expected to confirm design and layout etc before proceeding - as indicated by website blurb. No preview opportunity provided. Concerned about delivery later on so I rang, answerphone only advising all orders would be delivered in time for Xmas blah blah. Sent several emails about concerns. None answered. Goods did not arrive by promised date. Goods still haven't arrived after the New Year. Commenced Paypay resolution. No response until today when Paypal advised issue was closed. (Helpful bunch at Paypal!!! NOT) checked Paypal website saw that my money, which had been taken about time order was placed, was back in Paypal so I've arranged for that to be put back into my account.
For a website that uses the Welsh Dragon I consider them a disgrace to that symbol. For a website that says, on its testimonial pages " Prestige Slate bases it's success on being professional and efficient, so what you really think matters! " I say I think you can write what you like on a website but the proof is in the pudding and you are neither professional, efficient or competent judging by my experience. To date they have lacked the courtesy of emailing or calling me- and I doubt you will see my review on their website.
