I was double charged by Sagepay and despite numerous emails and phone calls, no-one contacted me from Prestige Slate or refunded the money. I am awaiting Sagepay to make contact with them in order to recover £77.95. I have now received my sign which I am pleased with overall but their customer service is appalling. BEWARE!!
