We ordered and paid for two identical slate signs for our entrance. We were sent a proof which looked fine and then received a package which contained only one sign not two. The quality was good so we thought the other one would come by separate delivery. That was about five weeks ago! Since then we have sent numerous e-mails and have telephoned three times but have not received an answer to any. We are now extremely disappointed and are trying to contact companies on the same trading estate to see if they are still in business.
