Bought a watch and was then sent a one of considerably lesser value rang customer services and hung up on twice as dared to ask to speak to a manager eventually promised manager would ring me however 8 days later I'm still waiting for this call told to return goods anne that I would receive a full refund compensation for postage & phone calls however no refund received have had to enlist the help of credit card provider to try and get money back take my advice and avoid at all costsv
