This company will take your money and then not bother delivering on the day you requested. Had ordered a balloon to be delivered for a special birthday - it did not arrive. Called the company only to be met with an I dont care attitude! and just return the balloon when it turns up and they would give refund. The point of non delivery and the disappointment of this cut no ice with them, totally uninterested.
