I have a business account with RBS. Over the years my account has been in good order and last year I posted a profit (after tax etc) of pound;12, 000.
At some point in the recent future I was assigned a new business manager at RBS. His name is Peter Allish.
I have just discovered that this business manager has arranged to have my business overdraft facility not renewed this year. Furthermore, he has handed my account (which is in perfectly good order) over to collections. Finally, I have received a letter from the bank warning me that my charge cards may be suspended.
All of this has happened without Peter Allish having introduced himself to me, without having telephoned me, without having asked me any questions, without giving me any warning, without giving me any opportunity to respond and without establishing any dialogue whatsoever.
