I ordered a copy of the 'Spring Special' (Baked and Delicious') from Eaglemoss. They informed me twice that the order had NOT been received. I then end up being debited THREE times, and sent three copies. A friend then posted them on to me in South Africa, where we do not receive all the specials.
To add insult to injury, the SUMMER SPECIAL was sent instead THREE TIMES.
I AM THUS STILL WAITING FOR THE 'SPRING' SPECIAL.
I am not prepared to waste money sending back issues and feel that I should be credited for two of them as well as being sent a copy of the 'Spring' special, which I ordered and paid for.
Please advise urgently.
