Hi,
I recently bought car insurance from 'Be Wiser' UK. I first checked for car insurance quote online and then Be Wiser called me, I paid the premium over phone using my credit card. The second day itself I felt that this company is not right for me and I have since been following up with them over email and phone. They are not picking my phone and not replying too my email. I am well within my 14 days cooling off period.
Pls advise what to do.

This is to advise that I have been writing to 'Be Wiser Insurance' for cancellation of the car insurance policy as mentioned above. I am not getting any positive response.
The reasons for cancellation are no clarity in part of the policy and I am very uncomfortable with the whole arrangement. The communication channels are very thin and the client response is very shaky non-linear.
I'll take a new policy as required or sell my car, whatever the case may be.
Please cancel the policy ASAP and confirm.
