Still offering out of Stock items, while breaching

I happily subscribed to Knit and Stitch collection, after being intrigued by the TV advert.

The following promises...

So far, I am behind on issues 12-15, despite paying for them on 25th March until Tuesday I was still unable to do 15 of the 22 patches available to do 68% of the subscription, due to faulty and unsatisfactory quality knitting needles in issue 1 (they peeled and snagged wool), then they neglected to send 5.5mm knitting needles as they were out of stock? Since February.

Many many other Fully paid subscribers, are without the issues they were promised they'd never miss... we can be found on the Knit and Stitch Collection Facebook site.

Eaglemoss/Database factory have their call centre staff fob paid subscribers with stories f no stock, blame Royal Mail, insist customers pay to have nothing resolved..tell us to wait weeks, KT016784.
