I have had my hotmail account ([email protected]) blocked at it had been spamming people, which I think is fair. However, the only way to retrieve the account is to get a code that the company are attempting to send to a dead email address and enter it. There is no alternative. I believe that there should be another way for me to access my account and clear away the issues it had created by sending spam mail unknown to myself. I need the account for business and holiday information within the next week and am struggling to contact the relevant authorities, can anyone be of assistance?
