Credit not refunded - ALmost 20 days now!!!

Ented the car on 14 Oct and dropped it back on 17th Oct.

The pick up and drop off locations were STOKE ON TRENT

The full amount of 365.24 GBP has not been refunded to my credit card ending with 3654.

Can you please advise when will the full amount be refunded to the card, I will be charged extra by the bank for the non payment.
