This company have had 7 weeks to refund me for none delivery of an item i bought. they do not respond and just send the same automatic reply by email to everyone who complains. i have had to call them numerous times which has cost me dearly. i have sent a signed claim form back to them 4 times by email . there fax facilities does not work. when i ask to speak to a manager a foreign person on the other end of the line tells me that it is not possible.and things will be looked into, but this never happens, i have spoken to other customers and they have told me that they have had similar problems.and trying to ring them on the only number they give just goes through to a supposed help desk answered by people who cannot exactly speak good english.and just fob you off all the time
