I ordered a photobook from Cewe and paid for it on 15 May. Wedding photos on top of it! I have been fighting with Cewe for over a month now to either give my money back or send the book. They said it was delivered to my branch and when i phoned my branch they said it was not delivered. I emailed them again regarding this and they retracted their statement and said no it was not delivered, they made a mistake. They cannot give me a straight answer and advised that if i want the photobook i must pay again. I sent them the proof of payment which i originally did and my email got ignored. All my emails are now ignored and they have taken my money and not delivered my photobook.
