I ordered the complete collection of Frasier on DVD, and the quality of the DVDs is a disgrace.
The packing of the discs is just in flimsy card/cardboard pouches and the discs go half in the pouch half in and half out. The discs have a big scuff mark across the whole diamete of the discs and several smaller deeper scratches all over every disc on the box set (44 discs). Some of the discs are even unplayable in the DVD player due to the appalling quality.
I have researched this and there is many more people with this problem and we have got no help from Paramount Pictures, we paid close to £50 for this box set and it is unwatchable. It is disgraceful manufacturing and blatant carelessness.
