Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a student in living Lancaster UK. I Order few Books from Book Shop Of India website http://www.bookshopofindia.com/ on 12/11 with all AirMail charges paid for quick delivery. There normal delivery time is 10 - 12 days even if AirMail used to deliver the good. Today its 16 Days already and i have not received any of my Items ordered. Due to which i have incur huge loss in my studies because few of the books i order are of no use to me giving a fact that purpose for buying that book is gone.
I Have dropped quite few emails to the company but i have not received any satisfying comment from them. Everytime they say that we have sent the goods and please bear us few more days.
If they Know that they cannot deliver the goods on time then they should have not committed for the time line.
I want to request a Full refund of amount paid to cover the Loss incur to me because of not delaying good additional fine to be imposed for harassing the Consumer.

Thanks for your mail. But online tracking has yet been introduced by the Postal Department (Govt. of India). The parcel was sent through Regd. Air Mail, India Post (Govt. of India). Kindly wait another 2-3 days. You should get it soon.
