A very unethical billing system has caused my credit references to be damaged. I would caution anybody against using this service provider. I have had an account with Gridhost for a few years. I wanted to close my account with them, and at the time had a credit card problem so was unable to settle the outstanding amount which was R26. I told them I would give a months notice and then settle the amount. The proceeded to lock the client service area to prevent me from giving the months notice. They then proceeded to run up an account of over R800 and still a year later are adding fees. They have now damaged my credit reference and continue to increase my account each month, by not allowing me online to cancel my subscription. Their accounts department is extremely arrogant, and they have no loyalty to their clients and are unethical in their approach.
