In November I went on the Quick Credit Score but cancelled immediately and have confrmation paperwork from them confirming this (it would have been £14.75). They must have sent my information to Rewardsnow.com (never heard of) who began taking £14.75 from my account from December 11 until May 12. E mail was sent from rewards now but ignored as I know nothing of this company they mentioned taking money from my account but as I had no prior contact with them believed this was NOT POSSIBLE!! I thought it may be a scam to obtain my details.
What can I do - I had to threaten them before they cancelled this false membership? I would like a refund - they refuse.
