Dealing with Sam and Suzan, who also manage Air Jordan City website (http://www.air-jordan-city.com/), has been the bane of my life. My daughter bought me, what she thought were genuine UGG Australia boots from an online seller (http://ukugg-boots-sale.co.uk) in October. The discount website was exactly the same as they real UGG Australia website, so we had no reason to think that this was an illegitimate seller. The money was immediately removed from my daughters account but there were delays of several weeks in getting the boots. I was finally notified by DHL that a package from Hong Kong had come for us but we had to pay the customs charge before it could be released. First of all i was shocked that the delivery had come out of Hong Kong as the website where the goods were purchased was a UK site. Anyway, I refused to pay this additional money as the shipping was paid as an all inclusive cost and i contacted Sam about this 'error' in charging. Sam refused to pay the customs costs and this led me to believe that the products were fakes. I contacted the real UGG Australia and they informed me that they do not ship any products from Hong Kong and that my daughter had purchased products from an illegitimate seller. I then contacted DHL Shipping and asked them to investigate this package. They passed the package to customs and were were informed that the products were fakes and had been destroyed. As of today the 2/2, I am still dealing with Susan and Sam via email ([email protected]) as i try and get my daughters money back but they are refusing to repay the £80.99. These people are corrupt, disgusting individuals who do not care about selling illegitimate goods and they will continue to rip people off until they can be stopped.
