This company phoned me out of the blue offering me all kinds of deals and a £1 trial so in a bid to get the very persuasive woman off the line as had just left hospital -agreed to take her up on it-she said I could cancel anytime once I received my welcome pack, which of course never came and whilst I was still innocently waiting-they stole another£98.00 straight-out of my account!!! There-in lies the scam-heard loads of others with similar experiences and when I complained to them they were very unpleasant and refused to help, sending me a generic letter (obviously use it a lot) to tell me it was my own choice and i should have known the dates as the'welcome pack' had stayed them!!??? Ha!! so nô hope of a refund and put m'y account into overdrawn status thé week of my son's Birthday!! Low lifes really!!! Please Please nô-one else get conned by thèse charlatans!!!
