I am very angry and more hurt than ever. I had my husband go to the local Asda (Walmart) store to but gift cards for my grandchildren in the U.S.A. and mailed them off to each of their addresses only to be told by one mother that she went to a local Walmart store to be told that th gift cards weren't ay good!!!
Both sets of grandchildren's home are havind a particular hard time at this moment and maw maw's presents would have meant even more than usuall.
I firmly believe that if murder wasn'tagainst the law I would go to both offices and either strangel or shoot the ones who refused the cards and or sold the wrong cards to my husband.
My grandchildrens happiness mean everything to me. Can you just imagine how hurt they were when taken to their local Walmart store to be told that the gift card (which holds asda's name) wasn't any good?
I am an American transplanted here to Wales and do not know how to handle this GIGANTIC let down unless I explode in their faces which I know I will do no matter how hard I try not to.
Help me anyone.
