I received the book specified on 3/12/10 and an hour later rang Readers Digest Customer Services for it to be collected. I was asked why I wanted to return it and I said that I had had a quick look and already had some of the receipes; also that the spine of the book was broken in transit. On 13/12/10 it had not been collected and I rang customer services to enquire when it would be collected and was informed that my original telephone call to them had not been logged. (They did apologise). I have now been given another date of 5/7 days. I will be very annoyed if I receive an invoice because the book has not been returned within the specified time.
