We book a plain ticket for december 25 year 2010 from manchester to addiss.the guy name saide took all the detail and give as barclay account no along with sort code to put the money through. we paid 599 for barclay bank account. leter yesterday we find out the ticket is cancelled and KLM ask us to contact the agent. But we cant get them .all the website still there but we cant get them.
we trusted a legal BT line, bank account and proper address from their websaite. Now everything is gone and we rob on day light so how could it happened and where is customer and citizen right.we bought so many times ticket on line before.anyway we have to know the out come and we belive that no one scape from law.please lets know and what can we do next.
