On the 25th nov i purchased a car service manual from rapidmanuals.co.uk i received confirmation of order & then another mail the same day saying order pending.
the money was taken out of my bank & my order should have arrived in 24 hours, it is now 2 weeks & i have still not received any goods or any reply to the emails i have sent to them asking where my goods are.
not sure what i need to do next.
your help will be much appreciated.
