I paid for a manual for a gilera rcr, expected 24hour delivery as stated on their website, 3 weeks later no manual no reply to several emails, no refund, AVOID these people like the plague!!!
my order status on their site still says "pending" whatever that means. I am assuming it means it hasn't been processed for whatever reason yet, I'm now out of pocket and they refuse even to answer emails to let me know what is happening asked for a refund, and still no reply to emails
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! have since found several people also complaining online about them!!!
