At 11:30am today, we finish our football game and with seven 10yr olds and 3 adults we head to our weekly lunch stop at the wild bean cafe... we get there and no hot food!! We preceded to drive for 2hrs to 3 different towns in essex and no hot food at any wild bean cafes... finally at 2:45pm and our 5th wild bean cafe we can get the boys the hot sausage rolls and hot toasties that they were all crying for and very upset.
Just want to let you know its disgraceful... not hot food between 12pm and 2pm lunchtime slot on a Saturday.
There has clearly been staffing changes at the top as its been so noticeable in the public eye. Have heard it discussed by many parents at football games. How the recipes have changed for the worse, how prices have gone up and how little is ever on offer.
Why you have a rule to cook 6 sausage rolls only in an hour is baffling!!
Shame there is no thought to the general public and that when we comment, you reply (beautifully politely too) but don't listen or effect positive change.
Next big staff change should be the fool that runs the hot food production at the BP petrol station outlets.
Just a suggestion from joe public who takes a football team to your venues only twice a week.
