I was returning to England from a vacation in North-Carolina, when i asked the air stuadest to purchase ciggarettes from the duty free.she told me there was a promotion, if i purchase £100.00 worth i would get a free pearl necklace, she said unfortunatly they didnt have any on the flight which she couldnt understand why but i would give her all my details and one would be sent to me.so this happened i purchased the £100, 00 worth of ciggarettes as i really wanted the free gift.she told me to allow upto 28 days, so this was August 21st i still havent received my free gift, i have sent e-mails but nobody replies to mecould you please make sure someone looks into this matter and e-mail me so i know whats going on with my complaint, and i would love to know when my pearl necklace will be arriving yours sincerly [email protected] or [email protected]
