My names damien parr, i went for a unsecured loan from loans direct and did not get the loan i was after, i asked them for a refund of the money they took from my bank account and they said that they would refund it back to my account.since then the bank has closed that account and loans direct have said they have already refunded it but i have not recieved it as it cant go on to my old bank account as that account is no longer around so i asked loans direct for a cheque and they have said there is nothing they can do as they have already refunded it to my old account.
