I must the silly mistack of order fat lost tablets Acai Berry, the site stated this was a free trial and needed to pay for postage only which required my credit card details. I then got the tablet and £50 was deducted from my account. Since then E Savings Club have deduction a montly charge for around £5. I have disputed this many times with my bank and have been told the only way i can stop this is if i contact and cancel with E Savings direct - i can't do this as i have no details to contact them on! I have tried to cancel my credit card however been told by the bank this will not work as the charges will simply move to a new card should i apply for one.
Any help is needed to sorting this out as i simply cant afford this every month and am at a lost on how to stop this.
