Poor customer service

Like the other complainants my order took a very long time. I ordered a sign on the 2nd December and finally got it today 7th March!!! The customer service they provide is abysmal, no-one answers the phone, listens to the phone messages or answers e-mails!! I finally got a response when I sent a very direct letter by recorded delivery.

It is a lovely plaque, but was it worth waiting 3 months for and all the angst that it caused me??..not so sure!
