I went to the Wild Bean Cafe at York Lawrence Street branch on 7th April, I was waiting at the till to be served. The two staff were chit chatting until I got their attention. Then I ordered the advertised £3.50 meal deal on the board, stating "hot breakfast & large hot drink or Tropicana from £3.50" (attached photo here). The guy asked which hot breakfast that I wanted, so I pointed to the board image showing sausage baguette and Tropicana. The other staff said to the guy serving me that the hot breakfast was called All Day Breakfast. When I was ready to pay, the guy was going to charge me £4. I pointed out that the board was advertising £3.50. Then he said the board is quoting "from". That was intended to cheat customer to pay more for the misleading images on the board. He kept insisting there is a word "from". He might as well charge £10 since it is "from £3.50". Besides the customer service is poor, the pricing is misleading. Not going back there again. Will file complaint with Trading Standard.
