Customer Service ignoring emails on purpose

I wrote to Ebay customer service to report a seller who refused to send me an invoice. I contacted the seller by email and he was BULLY and refused outright to send me an invoice for the product. Now I cannot file my accounts because I'm missing an invoice for a purchase. I complaint also that it is outrageous that I cannot leave a feedback to the seller because I'm simply not allowed to and who knows why, so of course the seller is behaving bully because I cannot leave a feedback to them.

Ebay customer service replied by picking one of the stock answers from their list i.e cut and paste and not even bothering to find out whether they had really replied to my query correctly. After 3 emails of clarification back and forth with them they stopped answering emails surely thinking that I will eventually give up. BUT I WON"T!!! You're a bunch of outlaws protecting sellers who bully buyers. It is UNACCEPTABLE that a seller refuses to send an invoice to a buyer and then a buyer is unable to leave negative feedback. This is like a mafia protecting dubious sellers.

Ebay is staffed by a bunch of inept customer service advisers who are more robots than people!
