41/2 years ago brought a washingmachine with 5 years cover, it went with a bang when on a 1600 spin so phoned said an engineer would be out in 2 days to look at it then phoned back to say its been accessed over the phone and the parts had been order and wouldnt be in for a week (wed) engineer turned up with boxess in his van walked in open the door of the machine said he didnt have the parts and was rude to my wife and left . phoned up comet asking to speak to a manager who said would phone back within 4 hours, 12 hours later a lady phone to arange a time to fix it (the following thursday) and said would chace up the manager, came home at 5.30 to fined an engineer had dropped off parts into my drive way (in the rain) so phoned them again asking to speak to a manager to be put on hold till 6 pm (when they close) when i was transfered to a diffrent department who said they couldnt help me and would get some one to phone me grrrrrrrr its still on going
