On 25 October I bought a pair of Mia Limited Edition Sandals Brown Size 6 for $103.90 (incl. shipping) on eBay from Seller Cheriesdesignerboutiques on the eBay website. The seller shipped the item which I received on 20 November. When I realised the sandals were smalI, I informed the seller who agreed that I should return them. She provided me with the address where I should return the item. I shipped the item on 21 November with Tracking Number CN011170853ZA. Since then I have been battling to get my refund from this seller. Each time i sent her emails, she kept telling me that she did not receive this item. It has been over 3 months now but I still have not received my refund. On 4 February I lodged a complaint with the eBay Online Resolution Centre for their intervention, but fruitless. They told me about their return policy, duration for returns & how I should resolve this matter with the seller. I exhausted all other means before I approached them for their intervention. Had the seller not drag her feet & bought time, my complaint would not have fallen outside their return policy. I want nothing to do with eBay & want to recover my money from this seller.
