No Refund!! money back guarantee but it never comes

I paid for a logo in July and I still await a refund, after sending my address as I do not have paypal - which they requested. No phone numbers and they don't answer emails and I STILL await a refund.

Total rip-off and scam.

Here's the conversation I've just had with their customer services department... (for a uk based company, their english is pretty rubbish!)

Miriam McIlvenna:
Why have I not received my refund yet - you were sending it over 3 months ago and I have sent several emails to this effect, yet no-one has responded. I have also sent my postal address for this to be sent to.

Mark:
can you give me your name, e-mail ID and your logo name.
Miriam McIlvenna:
name - Miriam McIlvenna, email ID was probably ***, although this has now changed to *** and my logo name was Miriam's Wish
Mark:
ok i will send your information to the concern department, so they will send you further information about it as soon as possible.
Miriam McIlvenna:
can you not resolve this for me now - it has been ongoing since July and your policy states 21 days for a refund to take place. Could I even have a telephone number of someone to contact as all my emails have been unacknowledged
Mark:
we are really sorry for the delay and we will certainly going to refund.and our concern department will going to send you further about it as soon as possible.
Miriam McIlvenna:
when will as soon as possible be. I am going to seek the advice of my solicitor if this is not resolved by the end of today
Mark:
ok they may contact you within 24hrs.
Miriam McIlvenna:
I do not have paypal so I want the refund posted to my home address today - which means it should be with me within two working days. I have just read a consumer complaints and it seems I am not the only person who has experienced this problem with yourselves
Mark:
ok i am going to report this to the concern department and thank you for your information.
Miriam McIlvenna:
So I can expect a refund in my hands by the end of the week?
Mark:
may be yes, our department will going to check it and give you further information like when did you get your money etc.
Miriam McIlvenna:
what? that doesn't make sense
Mark:
ok i send it to them and they will contact you as soon as possible.
Miriam McIlvenna:
when will as soon as possible be - within the next day or year?
